In short my partner was told we would need to pay £99 as our window washers were not working. We were then told that a blockage had been caused as we were not using "BMW/Mini screenwash".. i asked where that was in the handbook but got no answer...

Linzie and Paul at Mini Sales went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the car choice. They brought a car in from elsewhere in the group to ensure we could drive a car with the right gearbox (auto) and Linzie lent her car to try.

Purchase and delivery were a breeze. Simple process and was regularly updated with the progress. When delivery was slightly delayed they supplied me with another car to use for a couple days. Excellent customer service. Above and beyond.

Everything was simple and easy. I was kept up to date to throughout the process. When picking up my car I had a thorough run through how everything worked and additional gadgets I didn't have in my previous mini fully explained and demonstrated.

My car was ready when Jennifer said it would be. It was sitting right at the door on arrival. Looking very clean and shining. Harry Fairbairn mints and tote bag were inside. It's the little touches that also make the difference.

After the car was serviced it was worse, IO phoned them and they took the car back, and discovered there was a faulty oxgyen sensorThey then had to take the car back and fix it, and when car came back it was not cleaned, the car is going better now,
